The question always comes up... Who is responsible for the Sphinx's missing nose? And without a beat, someone will usually say, "Napoleon's army shot the nose off in 1798... as target practice!" Using a cannon, no less.
Hey, it must be true, I found the same answer on the internet. When I replied to an email a while ago asking this same question, the recipient didn't like my answer and insisted I as wrong. Well, it's hard to break urban legends. So what is the truth? Let's examine the facts. Plus, an EAM Interactive Element allows you to put the nose back on the Sphinx!
